Refund Policy

Private Membership

You may cancel your Private Membership by providing written notice at any time. No refund will be provided but you will no longer be charged the annual fee.

Private Membership fees for The One Matchmaking are non-refundable.

Priority Membership

Cooling Down Period: Within three (3) calendar days from the date of signing a contract with The One Matchmaking, if you wish to cancel your membership, The One Matchmaking will return 100% of your Priority Membership fees.

No Match Policy: If The One Matchmaking is unable to find any matches that align with your basic match criteria within a period of six (6) months following the commencement of your membership, you may request for a termination of the membership agreement and The One Matchmaking will refund you 100% of the Priority Membership fees. This does not apply to Private Membership.

Relationship Success

You will not be entitled to a refund of your Membership Fee in the event that you enter into a lasting relationship before the expiry of your membership or completion of your date package with us. Upon entering into a relationship you may have the opportunity to put your membership temporarily on hold in accordance with the terms as outlined in your Membership Agreement, and to reactivate your membership services within the agreed hold period.

Special Packages, Discounts and Trial Packages

There is no refund provided on special offers, discounts and trial packages unless specifically outlined in the agreement.

Transfer of Membership

All membership fees paid to The One Matchmaking are non transferable.
