To become a member of THE ONE Matchmaking team, you must have a passion for people and bringing them together for love. Ideally, you have a background in Matchmaking, Sales, Customer Service or Recruiting and a proven track record in successfully networking and connecting with people. You will be responsible for initial contact with new clients, supporting them through the onboarding process and identifying their ideal matches. You will enjoy getting to know your clients on a personal level while working closely with them to identify THE ONE for each and every one of them. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken is required.

Dating Coordinator, Zürich
As a Dating Coordinator, you will support the Executive Matchmakers in arranging dates and coordinating all the date logistics (reservations, car service, tickets etc.) with the clients. You will have regular client contact over the phone and will be responsible for managing our restaurant and event partners. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken is required. Ideally, you have several years experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Event Manager.
