I’m Kelly Brändli, the CEO and founder of The One Matchmaking. I’m an Executive Headhunter who after spending a decade in the world of corporate search and selection, found myself going through a divorce. Dating again after nearly 20 years was anything but easy. I struggled with meeting decent, available men and went on an emotional rollercoaster of online dating ups and downs. Putting up an embarrassing public profile was one thing, but the outdated photos, the lying and cheating, and the lack of suitable matches was exhausting.

After being single for more than seven years, I finally had enough and was determined to learn everything I could about love and relationships. After retraining as a Scientific Dating and Relationship Coach, Strategic Intervention Coach and Executive Matchmaker I finally met the man of my dreams and we are building an amazing life together. The process of getting there was challenging but I realised there was a quicker and better way than the route I had taken.

I’m a serial entrepreneur and have spent my career working with top performers, entrepreneurs and corporate executives. As an expert in the fields of networking and matching I’ve discovered the secret to finding and keeping a high value partner and building a loving and fulfilling relationship.
